Hi Morrie yes there is a club that sails at Penrith Lakes it is the Sydney A's, here is a link for you on where they sail and when,

I use to be a member of the club but I have since joined another club so if your looking for a spot to sail in the Penrith District may I recomend the second club, here is the link for it.
